• To start the installation, please Click here.
• A line that reads "Firefox/Navigator prevents this site from asking you to install software..." will appear at the top of the browser. Click on the "Edit Options" button.
• A "Allowed Site - Add-ons Installation" window appear. Click on the "Allow" button to allow the site to install software.
• Try to install the Plug-in again. This time a "Software Installation" window appear. Click on the "Install" button to complete it. Restart the browser for the changes to take effect.

• To start the installation, please Click here.
• A "Software Installation" window appear. It says "A web site is requesting permission to install...". Click on the "Install" button
• After the installation is performed successfully, restart the browser for the changes to take effect.

After loading the Registration web page, if the ActiveX control "axregister.cab" is not installed , a line that reads "This site might require the following ActiveX control:'axregister.cab'..." will appear at the top of the Internet Explorer window.

Install the ActiveX control by following the steps below:

1. Click on the line that reads "This site might require the following ActiveX control:'axregister.cab'..."
2. On the drop-down menu that appeared, click "Install ActiveX Control..."
3. A "Internet Explorer - Security Warning" window will pop-up showing the Name of the control and the publisher. Click on the Install button.

After following the above steps, the ActiveX control for ThumbDrive™ Portal Registration will be loaded. If the control doesn't load and a box with a red cross appears, check for any ad blocker or firewall that might be blocking it.
